"My appointment was at 2:15 with the stylist who was highly recommended to me. I was there on time (actually five minutes early) and was told that she was running behind 15 minutes. She offered another stylist but I always go on a recommendation especially since I am new to the area. They had my number and should have given me a heads up so I could have left my house a little later. She was very unapologetic when telling me she was behind. My stylist where I used to live ALWAYS let me know when she was running behind so I did not have to wait ."

"I had been contemplating getting my hair done for months now. I was having a rough day (and week.) I decided what the heck, let me see if I can get my hair done. Then I remembered one of my customers from MY work had a salon! So I called not thinking they’d even be able to get me in and sure enough, I was able to go in the same day! Vanessa took amazing care of my hair and truly understood what I was trying to achieve. After a full head of heavy highlights and a trim I was satisfied. She’s the FIRST hairdresser to have me completely content after a hair appointment. She was very thorough and made sure that I got what I wanted.
