"Went in for a haircut. Realized that my hair was uneven while I was straightening it. So I went in the next day and ask for a recut. One of the ladies working on Wednesday around 10:30 had an attitude with me. I feel like if a customer is unhappy with their cut they should get what they asked for and offer a recut without arguing or telling them that they are wrong. She made me feel as if I was lying even though I showed clear photos of the uneven/sloppy work. The lady who had cut my hair previously, was most likely new to the job, which- would have been fine if they told me that. They did eventually give me a recut that day, but because of this negative experience I will not be going back. I guess you get what you pay for."

"I called and they were able to get me in on a same day! I was just needing a change and that’s exactly what I was given! The salon isn’t the prettiest by any means and the shampoo/conditioner left my hair feeling so gross but my stylist (bad with names but red hair and VERY nice) did amazing and made sure to give me exactly what I wanted! Full head of color, cut and layers and I love my hair! THANK YOU THANK YOU!"
