"Horrible. When I told them my daughter wanted black the male manicurist said “No. Black no good, Pink! This color!” My daughter’s been asking for a black manicure for a week and tomorrow is her birthday, she can get black if she wants regardless! I said “No, she wants black with sparkles” he went back and forth with the same answer and my daughter got embarrassed and gave into the pink but luckily he couldn’t even find it. I said “she will have black with sparkles” one more time and he said okay after the 5th time. While he was looking for the pink, I told my daughter we could leave and she doesn’t have to feel pressured but she said she didn’t want to be rude, neither did I so we stayed cause we both would feel bad to just walk out. I chose the same color (BLACK) in solidarity and they did a horrible job on both my daughter and I. They didn’t even paint my full nails, didn’t put more than one coat on my daughter. Didn’t clean up the nails. After we paid and walked out my daughter had tears in her eyes from the anxiety of the experience and said “can we please never come here again, I’m sorry I got nervous to leave before” absolutely horrible."
