"Their work is over priced and they steal. I always ask for a manicure, and they always do the bare minimum. They over file all the nails, so the nails fall off quickly. If you say anything about the process or the placement of the nail they will ignore you and smack your hand. More than three times I’ve been overcharged. I was told a different price including a gel pedicure. I never ask for extras but still was charged more than $10 over than what I had asked for when the work that she did was not a $55 pedicure. I don’t think it was even a 30 dollar one because my nails bubbled. I’m going somewhere else from now on."

"I went to concept nails as a referral from my daughter so that they could do a full set of nails to replace a full set that I had previously gotten done at another salon that had turned out really bad. I was so impressed with the environment and the nail technician Kim that I have been a faithful customer ever since. I make a 40-minute drive across town just to go see Kim every two weeks. They have so many amazing colors to pick from any color you can think of they're going to have it along with so many more. I love getting designs on my nails and Kim is absolutely amazing I can come in with a picture that I found on the internet and she can not only find the color in the picture and match it but she can also take the design and match that as well or even customize it and make it better than what the picture looks like. I look forward to my appointment every 2 weeks as it is my downtime and my relaxation time. It's well worth my 40 minute drive to get over to the other side of town. My nails at the end of the two weeks are not even lifting and if it wasn't for the growing out you wouldn't even be able to tell that they needed fills. I recommend concept nails to anybody that wants any type of acrylic nail service or anyone that just wants to have a manicure or a pedicure. They offer several different services as well as several different types of polishes including dips and gel polishes as well as your cat eye designs and so many more designs and services. I personally see Kim and my daughter sees Jimmy but to be honest with you all of their technicians are absolutely great as I've had a chance to see work done by most of them throughout my time of being a client there. Go to concept nails for an amazing day of relaxation while pampering yourself."
