"On a large lumber purchase I bought 3 bolts for $3.60 each ($10.80). However they charged me $36.00 each for a total of $108.00. After noticing the error I returned with my reciept and was told my card was credited the $108.00. After four days I called my bank and discovered they had only refunded my card $1.00. So I called the store and talked to Yvonne, she immediately became agitated with me and hung up without even getting my name or phone number. Not very friendly service. On top of that I paid to have 17 boards cut the same length and 2 were cut 1/4 inch short and one 12 footer for the deck rail they cut the good end off leaving a useless board."

"Being new to the area this story has lots to offer. It's definitely a one shop shop. Everything the big box stores have and maybe even more. They had the best selection of hardware I've ever seen Just walking around to see everything they have was a joy. For my next projects I'll know exactly where to go. It was an experience for being in the little town of Parker Arizona. I highly recommend this place. They have hand cap parking but no doors for the handicap. But still it's a one stop shop. Come see for yourself."

"The store itself is ok, the associates are a bit rude. The lady behind the counter acts like she is doing you a big favor waiting on you. And she wouldn't leave that area to even help the customers. She could really use an attitude adjustment. If she doesn't want to be there then just quit. I will never go there anymore. Will find a different hardware store that has a more pleasant atmosphere."

"I came down from Wisconsin to repair my sister's house in Parker. I have purchased everything I needed so far here and have found the staff very friendly and helpful. They had nearly everything I needed from foundation peers to pipe fittings. I won't waste my time traveling to Havasu to try and same a buck or two."
