I get a controlled substance and when I picked it up I didn't even think to count them till I got to the car , because of how incompetent they are it was short. Luckily when I went back in they where still on the table . Very rude ,tell you one time then when you get there tell you hours later. Just all around bad"

"Ugh! This pharmacy is 40 minutes away, the next closest is 105+. They won't fill my prescription for another 34 days or call CareFirst for approval. I am using CVS because of the partnership with CareFirst and can no longer pay double elsewhere. There is ALWAYS some issue of some sort! I'm on travel. Twice I tried to explain my 10+ years timeline for refills of glaucoma drops... both times they ignored me and started speaking to themselves trying to "fix it" as I was told. I stated, "Yes, I realize that, but I was speaking, twice". They could care less. I'd rather not go blind because my pressures increased without the treatment... never missed! I hope I don't run out..."
