"I like Dr Anderson and his staff very much. They are very nice and professional. I was having a crown put on and the shade was off and he told me if it were him in his opinion he would send it back and have it darkened even though it really wasn't that noticeable. He's been very kind and explains everything. My 16 yr. old son is comfortable with him, if you have kids I would definitely recommend. Sonny Ryan"
"I too would give no stars if possible. This dentist has the WORST bedside manner I have ever seen. He has a bad attitude towards his patients and treats them like they are insignificant and unimportant. He does not explain any of his findings and only speaks to his assistants. I had to constantly ask "what did he say? what does he mean by that? what am I supposed to do?". If you have ANY fear of dentists at all, DON'T GO HERE! After 2.5 hrs in his chair getting 3 fillings done at once, I got up and ran out of his practice, never to return. (AND YES! I have much more dental work that needs to be done). But that I have been getting done somewhere else!!"
"I had a horrible experience here. I had a tooth break off and it needed to be pulled. I told the dentist that there was an infection in the tooth. And after he took Xray that was confirmed. From what my sister and everyone eles told me is that he should have given me antibiotics and reshedualed me for another appointment after the antibiotics were done. Then pulled my tooth. But he decided to numb me up. Start drilling on my tooth. (Why are you gonna drill a tooth that your gonna just pull. He tried once to pull it out and I raised my hand and I told him that it hurt. He gave me a little bit more numb stuff let me sit then came back and started drilling on it some more then tried pulling on it again. After one more attempt he stopped and said I have to send you to an oral sermon. Then pulled his gloves off and left the room. I'm already scared of the dentist. I started crying because all he did was make my tooth worse by drilling on it. He gave me antibiotics and Norris and sent me on my way. As soon as I left the office the locked the door behind me. Because I was his last patient."
