"This whole office is amazing! They all go above and beyond to help ensure care for all or their patients! I forgot a referal and accidentally grabbed the wrong insurance card for an appointment 2 hours away. The office helped me so quickly with everything I needed so I wouldn’t have to reschedule an out of town specialist for my daughter. If you fear the dentist this is the best office I can recommend! They cater to everyone’s needs and concerns, they don’t judge, they help support dental care for parents without shame! If they took my insurance the whole family would be with them. Right now I am having some work done out of office due to insurance but I will be paying out of pocket for some of the work I need to have done at their office because I truly feel safe, have no worries of pain, and truly enjoy the whole staff."

"For being a dental office, and probably one of the most least favorite Doctors to visit, I was very pleasantly surprised from my first phone calls, to our first visit,(which we were a few minutes late) after they squeezed a third person in with us the day before, everyone person was so nice and it was very quick, no waiting. Dr Lucero had a wonderful chair side manner. He reminded me of our family dentist back in the seventies, Johnny Johnson in Seattle. Doc came in and said we can pull your tooth right now, or make an appointment to come back. Hmmm, never having a tooth pulled, it wasn't hurting at the moment, it had broken off a year or so back. I said, I'll wait, then thought no, just do it because I probably wouldn't come back..lol. Pulled it, bleed for a few hours went home, hoping I wouldn't get dry socket. All was good. I went back last week for another tooth, (On Ahhccs you can only do one tooth at a time that is an "emergency")& Dr Lucero took the X-rays himself since his hygienist had to leave early. I don't know to many dentists that would do the hygienists work as well with a smile! After he took the X-rays and looked at them, he said if it's not hurting, we don't pull some those middle teeth act as anchors. Then we would be into bridges, etc. He also said there are no nerves there, and it's kinda anchoring the others, so have a nice day!!! Learned a bit and for now at 60yrs old, only had to have the one I broke on a wasabi pea a few years back! I would recommend his office to anyone at all that is apprehensive, or has a fear of going to the dentist. Can't say enough good things!!!! Thank you to the entire staff. Cheryl, James, and Taylor!"

"I was extremely impressed with the staff at Grandview. I have medical issues and due to medications I've been taking for so many years I thought I needed more work done. He assured me that I didn't and made me feel very comfortable about it. With minimal dental work and a simple diet change, I will have very minimal dental work in the future as well. I will no longer have to worry like I was or overthink like I had been. It was a wonderful visit and I can't wait to go back and get a cleaning and a few small procedures and keep smiling."
