"Do not recommend. Most expensive movers I've ever hired and the absolute worst movers I've ever hired. I've moved across country multiple times. Hired Desert Heroes to help me pack a truck for a long distance move. Generally very disrespectful. Did not take directions well. On receiving requests to secure items or boxes, I was given multiple times variations of "we know what we're doing" and they refused to repack tipping stacks. They complained constantly about how heavy things were (I am able to lift everything) and that they felt there was "a lot of stuff." Refused to use provided moving blankets and straps to secure valuable and sentimental belongings because they "didn't need to". Did not pack the truck well, resulting dramatic shifting during transport and many damaged and broken items. Do not recommend."
