"If you know exactly what you want and know how to operate their system, you can go in and do the work for them, but that's all. There is no service. They DO NOT train the employees at all. Commercial desk guy seems like he just refuses to think. Front counter guys have no idea what's in the store or how to use their system. They will even argue that the metric system measurements somehow change between male and female hex. And I do mean argue. A millimeter is a millimeter. Train your employees."
