"Will fire their drivers for mistakes made by the people training them. The trainers are not aware of rules and regulations and I do not trust YCAT to properly train their drivers, especially when trainers encourage drivers to preform actions that will get them fired. No repercussions to the trainer for this."
"Over 15 minutes late on the way TO the movie (can anyone tell me what happened in Dune part ll's opening?) AND over 35 minutes late for pickup on returning. I was absolutely certain I was at one of the non-existing stops that Google Maps SAYS are there but then as we're traveling - I see they've just arbitrarily changed which road the bus goes down... This is why people hate transit - more than any other reason. Unreliability. This is an hour long ride, from Cocopah to Harkins & only runs hourly....on a weekday....at rush hour. Management needs to get it together on this. Good civics and good infrastructures make for great cities. I can see Yuma becoming a real success story but problems like this are foreseeable, repeated and reported. It's only a matter of willingness of those in charge to take the responsibility and action to resolve them. I vote for change where it doesn't take three times as long to get there plus 15-35 minutes of lateness. Please find the steps and other city examples to make this right."
"Its always the same bus driver she drives right bye you while looking at you while you are at the bus stop did not allow my scooter on the bus after I had already paid half"
"The AWC transit bus they use is sooo freaking hot and I basically fell asleep from sooo much heat. The AC sounds like it’s on but it is not cooling. I was wearing fishnets and a bra and I was sweating like crazy. One of my worst experiences on YCAT tbh"
"Bus is always late, extremely inconsistent. Its impossible to rely on the ycat to get to work or an appointment on time bcuz they are often, 20,30,40 min late. Some of drivers are very nice. Some are extremely rude & will purposely be late or make a random stop for no reason if they know your in a hurry. They just really need new drivers."
