"First time in the store and was not disappointed. Great selection of ladies boots. They are currently having a 50% sale on a lot of their shoes. For the runners out there they care a selection of BROOKS at a discounted rate. I paid $20 for this pair of boots!"
"Great service.. totally informative.. bought two pairs of shoes... check this place out before buying..."
"I love their selection of wide width shoes. And their staff is very helpful and friendly!"
"Manager acts bonkers While I was shopping, I witnessed a manager lady screaming at what appeared to be a teen boy employee. The kid was asked to do a task, he said ok as soon as I'm done with this task. A minute later the manager comes back to loudly reprimand that kid that he's giving attitude to another manager. Kid says I was just messing around, I'm sorry! That's when the screaming started. CLOCK OUT AND GO HOME!over and over again.. In front of everyone .The kid broke down in tears. As a parent of a teen I'd be livid if someone treated my teen or even a young adult this way. They are KIDS still. If you're hiring kids, you have to be aware of the fact they will need training over and over again. They need time to process information given, time to finish the task started. That manager needs training and a reprimand for very unprofessional behavior and scream- shaming an employee in front of customers. She went bonkers over absolutely nothing. The kid showed no attitude, wasn't smarting off.. it was very uncalled for! I will never have my kids work there and I hope someone teaches that manager some manners and how to work with kids."
"Tried to buy pair of shoes here, at the register I took another box of shoes identical to mine since several pair had a discounted price. They wouldn't discount mine. Asked to talk to manager, she wouldn't do a thing.. All the workers were standing at register talking and manager? was sarcastic as I left with with workers listening. She should have given them to me at the price on box and told a worker, doing nothing, to take off the wrong prices, if they were wrong..think manager? should be cleaning shelves instead of managing. I walked out without the shoes."
