When I called them after I had been waiting I was told well something must have come up and their not coming. Seriously. Now I have to figure how to get my money back. Very poor customer service.."

"The detailer called and said he could come earlier than the appointed time, which was okay by me, but then he actually came later than the original schedule. But the real problem was the quality of the work. The windows were spotted and streaked. The same for most of the metal trim on the exterior. Inside was done very haphazardly. Again, things were streaky or just missed altogether. I sent them a message to let them know that I was disappointed, especially for the price. They didn’t respond, which is why I’m giving this negative review in a public forum. You need to know if you hire them to expect sloppy work for a high price."
