"Very pleasant experience for my RVs oil and filter change. Fast service and quite thorough. I watched to check their process and they used a quality filter and decent oil and checked the levels and for leaks afterwards. Much better than many quickly live places I've been to before."

"First, it took over 2 hours to complete a "15 minute" basic oil change. Second, the technician obviously drained the contents of the oil filter into the factory skid plate on my 2015 2wd Tacoma. My previously extremely clean undercarriage on the truck is now coated with oil from driving on the highway after the service was completed. Third, every employee I spoke with was pretty much rude to me."

"This was a rather irritating experience. I specifically told the initial gentleman who appeared to be the manager, that I need 5w 30 like 3 times. I needed this because I was shipping the vehicle to my son the same day in North Dakota. I get home a look at the receipt only to see they put in the wrong oil. That sent red flags and made me check the oil to which there was barely any on the dipstick. At this point, I call them and share my grievances. He tells me to drive it back with what seems minimal to now oil. I go back only to have him "fill the truck up on an incline" smh. Even I know, oil is filled and checked on a flat surface for an accurate reading. Never again!! Incompetent group is all I can say. The only reason it's not a one star is because he halfway attempted to make it right, just needs more training apparently."

"Not worth the $11 for the car wash. Spot free rinse? also not worth it. The vehicle in front of me had to wait for the guy to come out and reset the machine as it only rinsed one side and quit: mine looks like I didn’t even take it through."
