"J & L Trailer and RV repair went out to help my elderly grandparents that were having issues with their Dometic refrigerator not working. They called J&L thinking they were going to get good service and their refrigerator fixed. When they showed up, they "diagnosed" the refrigerator and said they needed money up front for parts. My grandfather wrote him a check for over $800 for the parts, the technician left with the check and never returned. My grandparents called the bank and were told the check was cashed the same day it was written. They have been unsuccessful in getting into contact with this company to get their money back. They had to contact another repair company to come out to fix the issue. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL FRAUD YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY."
