"I would rate Big Fat Zero if i could but, i guess i have to give at least a one on this deal. Way over priced! Poor craftsmanship. Gates are leaking rust. Gouged stucco on my house on the installation, had Johnny back to look at them. He said he would fix the problem. I also had some other modifications I needed done to the gates. Never heard from him again. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend."

"Jonny built a decent gate at a reasonable cost. I was happy with the gate. The problem started when I called to have different hinges put on due to a pool in my back yard. Jonny said he would come and install them but never showed. I ended up just giving up on the hinges. It’s been about a year and the bolts used to screw into the side of my house have all come out. Support post is completely falling. They ended up using metal bit tip screws instead of lags to anchor into wood. I’m no gate guy but common sense tells you they will eventually come out. I sent Jonny texts with pictures but he won’t respond. Sounds like this is his standard. I’d go elsewhere."

"Johnny was great to get the gate in but I have called 3 times to have it adjusted and repaired and he has told me 3 times he would come out that day and he has never showed up. Terrible customer service. We cant fit our hand between the gates to open it. The gate wont open to 90 degrees, it scrapes the driveway! It pops and flexes all day and makes a loud booming sound every time."

"Johnny was awesome to work with. He showed up when he said he would. He came BACK, promptly when I stupidly forgot to ask him for clarification on a modification I wanted. He installed our gates and gate fencing quickly, no problems. I'm looking forward to working with him on future projects. Oh, and this was DURING COVID END OF WORLD PANDEMIC FLU, when everyone else can't seem to do anything right, or on time. Johnny is a class act."

"We had our fencing and gates installed by gate solutions, we wanted to have a privacy look and Johnny and his team came thru with an amazing privacy fence for us. During installation day there was a minor hiccup, but Johnny said problem would be fixed by end of week. Sure enough Johnny and crew arrive end of week to fix problem. Couldn’t be more appreciative of the work Johnny and his crew did, money well spent. It is true they are very busy, but would definitely recommend gate solutions for your needs."
