"So friendly. Clean I had a complicated new haircut I wanted. She said she was up for a challenge. She talked to me about what she was doing and then she did it. At the end, I still had 2 more changes for her to make. 2! I'm the worst, I know. But she did it. She nailed it. I felt I looked great. Went home and the mirror made me feel good about myself.
