"Selena, I contacted about possibly doing braids. I called twice and she was not there or not available when I finally was able to get ahold of her to book an appointment. The hyperlink she sent me did not work. When I asked for additional information about a particular hair style if she was able to show me other work on 4c hair she became very rude and dismissive . Because I asked for additional pictures of her work of a similar hair style. I really wanted someone local to be able to do my hair. Disappointing that this is how she conducts her hair service. Will be taking my business elsewhere."
