"Wasn't very impressed at all. I went in seeking some basic advice from this roofing supply company on how to handle a patio deck covering, and the girls up front told me since they weren't installers they won't give advice in fear of people suing them if something went wrong. Was finally able to speak with an Alex the next day when I went back in for supplies, and he actually gave me some advice that was very helpful! I'm grateful for his advice. I ended up purchasing $500 worth of materials from them which Alex said would be ready the next day. ( This was the reason for the second star, speed & service). One of the materials I purchased was a 41" 10ft flat of tin that I ended up not being able to use. From what they told me, this was a full sheet of tin that they cut from so reselling it shouldn't be an issue. When I came back to ask if I could return it, again the girls up front were flat out unwilling to work with me in any way. Told me sorry, it's policy not to accept returns. I asked why if the piece was in the same condition as it was when I took it, they just quoted policy again. In my views, policies are substitutes for customer service. When I brought up working with contractors is part of what makes a company successful in working with contractors, they told me not here, we don't do that and all sales are final. As a contractor I find it crucial to work with companies that will work with me. When they're completely unwilling to work with me in any way, that ends our business relationship. Alex is the reason I gave them two stars, otherwise it would have been one!"
