"I worked for sunroc recently and it didn’t work out for me. I had a bad experience on my first week of work!! They were not willing to train me on anything and apparently no one knows how to communicate or socialize smh. I made a complaint through HR and they locked my account the very next day. I felt unwelcome and not wanted. But hopefully this would change in the future."
"One of Sunroc's mixer trucks inadvertently side-swiped our car, tearing off the front bumper and damaging the front passenger quarter panel. The driver drove off without stopping. I imagine that big truck did not feel or hear anything and just kept going. We filed a police report and later in the day Suroc called and took responsibility for the accident. They call and apologized for the accident and will have their insurance company take care of the damages. They had obtained video showing the accident and plan to use it in their training sessions. Classy folks! Thank you."
"Extremely poor customer relations with impacted, adjacent residential neighbors. Disrupted driveway access without notification. Ripped fiber optic cable from ground and house, didn't bother to notify impacted residents. Tom Stubbs, assumed project manager, (conveniently out of business cards) had particularly poor communication skills."
"A tremendously good contractor in Southern Utah! They provide a ton of different dirt, sand, cinders, concrete, concrete blocks, they pave, and seem to do lots of dirt work in construction. I read some other reviews about windows? I verified and they do not provide windows or any lumber/house products except dirt and concrete. I see them all over town. Another review said they delivered at 3:30 AM. What concrete company in town doesn’t? It’s unfortunate for us. I hear backup alarms early in the mornings too. Let’s just be grateful they are trying to keep people safe with those alarms. We live in a city that is growing so fast. I wouldn’t single out any contractor trying to build us a better community and turn them into terrible people. They are all trying to do a good job. This company seems like a fine establishment. They seem to be the Cadillac of construction in town."
"Extremely Poor Customer Service. They delivered the wrong materials to my property and then put a lien on my house even though I had already paid them. The worst part is when I tried to contact them to straighten it all out they gave me the royal run around, didn't care to make it right and even laughed at my situation. I had to hire an attorney. I don't think they will find it all that funny when I'm done with them!"
