"My father is a member of Good Sam. His vehicle stalled on the side of the road. He called Good Sam for roadside assistance. They said Moss towing was coming to tow him. They never showed up. My 87 year old father sat on the side of the road for two hours in triple extreme heat. He is also a diabetic. When I called to find out why they didn't show up they said that their Boss told them not go out on any tows unless they reached the person to tow on their phone because he doesn't want them waisting gas. My dad's cell phone battery died. No one ever called Good Sam to tell them they couldn't get a hold of my father. My Dad got really sick."
"This is the tow company the insurance used after I was in an auto accident. The person who came and got my car was really nice and the company was really good about scheduling the tow pick up around my work schedule. They even towed it into St. George and got my car to the auto shop just fine. Unfortunately they scratched the hell out of my door in the process. And of course I don't have proof the it was actually the tow company that did it. But now I have to spend money to get it fix. Not very happy with this place. The only reason they get two stars is because they had decent customer service."
