"It was my first time using Jiffy Lube. I needed a service on my car, and recently got a crack in my windshield from a stone while driving. I looked up who did chip repair for windshields online and found Jiffy Lube. Took my car down and they got me in quick! The employees were very professional, and explained everything to me in detail. I’m not very car savvy, so working with the employees and having them explain things and go over prices at Jiffy Lube, made the experience way better. I felt like they genuinely cared and took the time needed for me. They do a full work up, and tell you what they recommend for your individual car! That part was really neat. I ended up needing my air filter replaced, and more coolant along with an oil change. The chip repair job they did was amazing, it doesn’t even look like my car was chipped in the first place!! Also, I didn’t have to wait very long for them to finish, they were really quick. I definitely will be going back! Great customer service and great car service!!
