This isn’t an insurance job“ in a extremely snotty tone, my husband had to step in and back this person down.. all he had to do was say “no ma’am only because it wasn’t an insurance job“ and everything would’ve been fine. That is called courtesy, manners and professionalism. When you spend $1500 at one establishment, you also expect them to call and let you know when your vehicle is ready to pick up, mine has been sitting there for 24 hours before I was called to pick it up."
