"I would give no stars if possible i own a plumbing company and we go to were we get the best price and service, we go to winn about 4 to 6 times a month but are last vist was for an AO smith water heater warranty they would not honor it because we dont buy enough from them! NOT a company you should want to buy from or work for."

"I purchased a small emaxx water heater here in February of 2018 for my sister who just needed it for a single lavatory. Well the electrical system wasn’t enough for the heater and I wanted to return it but they told me I dry fired it. I’ve been a plumber for 20+ years in Florida and know the heater only fires/heats when water is circulated through it and they wouldn’t return my sisters 200+dollars. They told me and my sister that I dry fired it so they wouldn’t return it for my sisters money back. These people behind the counter do not know anything about what they sell and don’t go here. I went here because I don’t like Ferguson but please realize that the people at Ferguson know what and how the things they sell work. Thanks Wynnsupply for stiffing me and my sister for the heater your the best and I’ll post the invoice for proof as soon as my sister sends it to me and I’m giving a bad review for again when I post it.
