"I actually have no problem with this tile store itself. My issue is with the installer that they very highly recommended that goes by the name Rep-Tile. As it turned out these two guys, Brad Arp and Chris Ray turned out to be a complete disaster. Due to their incompetence and neglect, they turned my dream retirement home into a living nightmare. They sent in a crew of complete amateurs, unsupervised and ruined 2000 Sq. Ft. of tile. When confronted with the disaster they created they refused to do anything about it and just made one lame excuse after another. They walked away leaving me to repair the mess they made on my own. Moving in to my house was delayed for months while I fought with their incompetence and dishonesty. I ended up having the grout removed and replaced from every bit of 2000 sq. ft. of tile and dozens of tiles replaced because of their lack of integrity. Contempo Tile seems to be a good store but I cannot give them a good rating due to the fact that they recommend installers such as these guys. I can only guess that if the installer buys enough products they will all benefit."

"They are a decent tile store, and they actually have a fairly large showroom with lots of different options. They are also very friendly and helpful. Their prices do tend to be higher than even Southwest tile, and I don't like how they drop shipping charges on you, but it pays to shop around and I would definitely check them out while you're running around, they may just have that look you are going for."
