"Nice, clean facility, friendly staff BUT BEWARE their pricing policy. They offer a nice rate to entice you to move in, then up the rate by 38% after 2 months. So what starts out as a good deal very quickly becomes an extremely poor deal, well above rates offered by other local storage companies, and no guarantee they wouldn't raise it again in a couple more months.We packed up and moved out in a hurry."

"Shady insurance fees- make sure you tell them you don’t want their insurance before you sign their agreements/ pay deposit. Also they raised our rent by $80 a month after 3 months- so we left. What a pain to spend another Saturday moving. Dealing with their construction was annoying. 2 stars for the nice facilities and good customer service."
