"This was my first time in a nail salon and it was so much fun. The owners are wonderfully people and made nails look great."
"Experienced Cosmo Nails last week for first time and extremely pleased, I’m so glad I’ve found my new nail salon"
"I’ve been here before and usually just get the same color of gel on all fingers. It was okay despite a little unevenness. I decided to go back again and I’m very disappointed. I got rhinestones on a couple of fingers and the glue used to secure those made the out come of the nail very uneven. As well as once the nails were all done and the final coat was out on, she filed them down a little bit at the tips and scratched up the top coat, and didn’t go back to make it smooth again. There were little bubbles in the glue too, but idk if that could be avoided(?)."
"Unprofessional, rushed, poor skills and disrespectful treatment. My staff member was rushing through and I kindly ask to pass over a section that she missed. Unfortunately I was told I had an attitude so I left half way through and paid for half of my pedicure. Sharing my experience. Take a second thought for services here. First time experience like this for me. Best of luck."
"Beyond upset. I went in for an old set to be taken off and a nee set on. It was thick uneven and flat. So thick. I left after paying thinking I could sand them down and work with it. I cried. I don’t have a ton of time to spend on myself. But I couldn’t walk around with those nails. Like literally the worst. So I called and she said I can only soak it off. The man owner said he will not do them again for free. They were so bad. Took an hour. An HOUR to soak them off. And this is what they let me walk out of their salon for $55, I’m so upset."
