"Well my Truck is a 2019 250 Super Duty that has been in the shop 4 2 weeks now.... No phone calls, no answer as to why my new truck keeps throwing codes about traction problems. This will be the third time the truck has been brought in for the same problem and I have been sent out with it being told it was fixed. One would hope that within a couple weeks someone could reach out to their customer. However this is the continued experience at Ken Garff. I am aware of their staffing problems, when the service advisors have had a bad day, that they are having a hard time finding technicians, and none of these are my problem. Funny that I am aware of the problems at the dealership but they can't figure out the problem with my truck or how to use a telephone. Would not recommend doing business with this dealership especially if you have to keep a vehicle under warranty with them."
