"They sold my wife some shoes that were wrinkled up front because of the shoe horn they refused to take them back now they say I'm stuck with some janky shoes horrible horrible service horrible place bad shoes"

"It’s not to my surprise that this store already had one star before my review and let me tell you about my experience walking into the store I walk into the store with my two children. We already know what we want. We go directly to the shoes and we sat there on the bench right next to the cash register. We’re two associates we’re just standing chitchatting there was absolutely, zero customers besides us we had been in the store already for 15 minutes. We didn’t get a greeting we didn’t get asked if we needed help with anything if we liked anything So I tell my daughter, let’s see how long it takes for someone to ask us if we need help and I said it loud enough for the employee And still nothing so we get up and we start heading towards the exit. We finally get some kind of words from the associates and that was “thank you for coming in” and that was it. I turned around and I said “excuse me, you can greet us out, but you can’t greet us in nor can we get service”, there was silence and we proceeded to the exit. Will never come to this location ever. Our visit was March 6, 2024 at 1:20 PM"

"Employees stopped me from coming in , it was 7:47pm and they stated they close a few minutes early so they can all leave on time..."

"The employees were not helpful. I walked in twice and both times they were stand off. I will not go there again."
