"I purchased my mom a pair of converse for Mother’s Day. I used my active duty military id to get the military discount (saved about 8 dollars) I gifted the shoes to my mother but i got her a size to large ( converse run large) I’m stationed in another state so my mother took them in to get the right size. She was then charged the 8 dollars that was removed for the military discount and was told she needed my military id. Something she can’t just keep with her. The cashier was very rude to my mom about the situation. I called and had the same experience. Rude customer service."

"I went to champs, looking for some Timberlands boots. They NEVER have them every time I go into the store. So, I went to Journeys and asked for the specific boot. THEY HAD MY SIZE AND COLOR!!! Brand new, never been touched!! U can tell because they had been wrapped in a plastic individually. Thanks Journeys!!!"

"Placed an order in store for in store pickup. Waited over a week and decided to call to check on my order. I was told that i would receive a call but never did. So i figured i would check. Found out my order was never placed, but i had paid for the shoes anyway. The manager was nice enough to order the shoes from a nearby city to rush the order. Really irritating that the employees aren't trained right."
