"Saturday around 12pm i went inside with my boyfriend, there was only one other person and they were checking out. So i go up and I ask for a size shoe that wasn’t there. I wait an hour and nobody helps me after the employee that told the other employee if she could grab it and then she tells me “she will be right out with it” . Are you kidding me? I wasted an hour of my time, i’d rather go to Walmart and pay for my shoes there. Customer service absolutely sucked i’m never going there again !"

"Look I understand going shopping the eve before Christmas Eve that there is gonna be a wait... But when you have 12 people in line and only 1 Associate playing cashier because the other very "helpful" Associate is spending more than 15 minutes helping a customer find their $5.00 coupon.... On their phone... It's beyond aggravating!!! Just give her the damn $5.00 and let's go! And if it was more than have her come back when she finds the app or coupon for a refund or credit! Take care of your line! More people put their shoes down and left so you really ended up losing money."

"Went for children's sandals or flip-flops. They had a very limited selection and in a very small number of sizes. I gave this only 2 stars because I felt like their inventory was severely lacking. The best part was we could measure feet in store to buy elsewhere, probably online."

Gals kept steady, store/shopper appropriate conversations,engaged in their tasks & Also Very knowledgeable about making orders,shipping options, and the rewards prog..
