"Employees won’t help you because of your race! Went in to just look and my wife ended up really liking a pair of shoes. Went up to the register when 2 employees came out of the back and just stood there looking at us. My wife politely asked if she could try on her size and they continued to just stand there and look at us. After the one employee pretended to do something else she came back, rolled her eyes and went to get the shoes. Meanwhile the other employee just stood there looking us up and down. However they were willing to help other customers at the drop off a hat. My wife really liked the pair but ended up leaving because of the blatant racism we received from the employees."

"Came in for some shoes, the manager Devin helped me. It was super busy but he had a great system going to make sure that every one was helped in a timely manner. The amount of product knowledge and knowing his inventory was incredible. He was very professional and VERY efficient. His team was high energy, when Devin wasn’t on the floor the other employees were checking in to make sure I was taken care of they were all very willing to help. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience."

"Worst customer service! I ordered online with the Arrowhead location selected. I had never received an email stating my order was ready for pick up so I called to inquire. The young man sounded less than willing to help and said I’d receive an email when the order was ready. About 10 minutes later I received an email stating my order was cancelled. Again, I called to inquire. Same young man answered the phone and placed a young lady on the phone who stated none of my items were in stock. Not one item? Interesting. Even more so that it took them all day to determine that. Sounds more like they’re some lazy kids that didn’t want to walk around a 700 sq. ft. store to gather my order."
