"Appalled by the service tonight. The girls working tonight didn’t want to be there obviously. Asked for guidance on specific age groups and was given the nastiest look and attitude. When it came time to ring up, didnt have any enthusiasm at all. If you hate the dang place, maybe find a new job? It’s a childrens store for crying out loud"

"I love the clothes at Children’s Place but I won’t shop there ever again due to extremely poor customer service. I had a return/exchange and the associate who was working today wouldn’t return/exchange the articles of clothing, in which were purchased online as a gift. Now I’m stuck with a $$ a lot of clothes my children can’t wear. Never again will I, or any of my family/friends, purchase anything from this store….especially Superstition Springs in particular."

"They have some cute clothes sometimes, the quality is pretty good also, their customer service is awful in store(not particularly a review for this store but a general one) and over the phone so you want to definitely keep your receipts, any gift cards you might of used to pay, and all tags and items intact to exchange or return. Also if your package gets misplaced while out for delivery they don’t take responsibility so it’s almost better in order to not lose money to get it delivered to the store and pick it up there."
