"Would give them a zero if able fir service tonight. There were 7 employees behind the counter. It took them 45 minutes to serve me a medium blizzard and a small chocolate dipped cone. Unbelievable!"

"This Store went from a 4 night a week visit for our family to none. The last 3 trips. Service is horrible. The blizzards are not even blended, just ice cream and half cup Reese. It's unfortunate. Oh and tonight when I went I asked for whip on my blizzard and I got 3 others. Well this chick didn't check which one they put the whip cream on, so I assumed it was mine. Gave my Lil brother "his" which was mine. He's allergic to peanut butter and.... well thank God for epi pens DQ. Not okay... now having to go to the ER. Do better. Care more. This old manager never would have done this. BTW he didn't even swallow it, just took the bite but he's so allergic... it's no joke. Yall need to train these new kids..."

"Employees never seem to know what they are doing manager was rude. All we wanted was 4 kids meals with shakes something we order regularly and the said that has never and can never happen. Then took 15 min to get me the 4 shakes I settled for. Asked to talk to the manager at the window and was told they had answered my question. This is my first time taking time to write a negative review anywhere."

"The staff is always nice. The restaurant is always clean. However, today is the second time I’ve ordered a crispy chicken salad there and both times the lettuce is soggy/welted. I ate my (1) chicken strip with whatever crisp pieces I could dig through and the rest got trashed. I thought maybe the first time they prepped the salads too early but now it’s twice. I won’t be paying $7 for one chicken strip anymore."

"I tried something new and had them make a strawberry cheese cake shake. It was good but when I ran into the chunks I was complicated. I’ll go back to a blizzard next time. Clean environment and pleasant employees. Wish the price wasn’t so high."
