"I ordered my food online app said it would be ready at 604pm , I arrived at 602pm. I stood at the pick up location even made eye contact with a few of workers and not one acknowledged me at all. I over heard saying they were behind on online orders. Couple of people walked up to the register and then they shouted that so and so was here. I was being polite and waited but not one would say anything. I finally did what the others did and go to the register. Finally after I expressed my displeasure of being ignored she finally said my food was being made. I was given my food, and I should have checked but I was given someone else's order. It was too far to go back. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service."

"I had to wait for someone to acknowledge that I even came into the shopand i was the only one in there. Just bad people skills, and they don't look customers in the eye, they don't listen so my sandwiches have been wrong a couple of times. I've been here enough times, however, always the same. Except for one young man who wrong me up. Sometimes, the younger the crew working, the worst the service."

"Brand new! Food was fantastic (even if they were running short on some ingredients). Giant size easily can feed 2 people on its own, 4 people if you get everyone sides. We ordered the original beef Philly Cheese steak and the Kahuna Chicken Cheese steak with Chipotle Mayo added. It was delicious, fulfilling, and we'll be back considering how quick we received our food despite there being other customers, too!"

"I ordered through my husband’s app and we got there they were finishing up my husband’s sandwich which looked good. When we got home I opened my sandwich and was immediately upset. I ordered a giant #6. First of all it looked like who ever cut it squished it pretty flat so I opened it up and there were obvious issues. The amount of ingredients was definitely not what I expected and there were no onion or banana peppers and literally 4 pickles on the entire sandwich. I usually go to a different location but this one opened in my community so I tried it. I am thoroughly disappointed and feel like they didn’t train this new crew properly. I will be taking the half that is left back to hopefully get a proper replacement."
