"If you want a Cap sammy, don't go to the store in Green Valley Ranch, go to a different store. The food is good here, but the service is poor. Every time I order for delivery from this branch, they always mess up the order and short it. When you call to get a refund for the shorted items, they give you a run around. The staff can't seem to fill a simple order correctly. Two sandwiches, two chips, two brownies and two cookies. The sandwiches are always correct, and the chips seem to find their way in the delivery, but cookies and brownies are all too often missing, and I still get charged for it. When you attempt to remedy the situation on the phone, they are rude and hang up on you. Poor business practice."
