"Returned an item for 4.49, with original unopened goodwill tags and receipt yet only got 3.49 as a gift card for said return. Staff was unable to fix it. For a company making huge profits off of donated items, it’s appalling to me you don’t ever get the full refund when you have everything needed with an unopened bag from goodwill, still stapled shut. The staff is nice but was completely unable to assist with the discrepancies. The lady in front of me was sold a dvd with the wrong disc and tried to return them, the returns manager refused to return the one out of like 20 dvds which is ridiculous especially since goodwill is the one who sold it like that. There are no bicycle racks and I’ve asked about this and they stated it was due to theft. So it sounds like a good idea for any customer that comes via bicycle is now at a huge risk of theft? I do believe this goodwill is severely under stocked compared to other nearby locations just as a heads up. That’s not to say the staff isn’t working hard, because they are working hard. Angel did a wonderful job assisting in a timely manner. Pros: staff is kind and efficient Cons: no bike racks to allow for ride up customers, severe refund discrepancies, understocked areas"
"The cashier was very kind and sociable. Very upbeat, sociable, and eager to help. I asked for her name and she told me Kristin. She actually was concerned cuz she thought she had done something wrong when I asked for her name. I told her that i wanted to write a review on my customer service experience at this location. . I'm glad I went into the store on 03/25/2023 in the afternoon."
"This place smelled remarkably fine, even the bathroom smelled good and honestly that’s unheard of for goodwill. I’m always holding my breath going into GW bathrooms so I was truly shocked. Shout out to whoever maintained the bathroom today. I found really good quality clothes for myself (26f) and my kids (toddlers) and cheaper than any goodwill I’ve been to lately. My only complaint is that it’s very hard to find clothes in the kids section, the sizing organization is non existent lol but goodwill is for rummaging, so it’s fine. :) I found everything I needed and more in a time crunch. 10/10 pleased with this spot, looking forward to returning soon!!!!:)"
"My son and In Goodwill Friday afternoon, as I we were walking to men's section a worker walked right in front us we stopped abruptly, she never said excuse me or anything. She had short red orange hair. My son and I were n dismay over her actions. Excited to find shirts we happily headed to register, I said hello to cashie No response, I smiled bigger and said ,how are you, No response very rude customer service. Not my normal Goodwill experience. This was my first time their. Never had this bad customer at Goodwill before."
