"This place is awesome! Very clean, lots of employees, and fitting rooms!! My only complaint is that although most of the clothes were grouped by size, they were so mixed up that you couldn’t really go by that. But it’s definitely replacing Goodwill as my donation place, it’s so much better managed."

"I am unhappy with them regarding their exchange policy. I was told that it had changed since Covid-19 and that because we aren't allowed to try on clothes we would have 30 days to return them. I tried to return 4 items I didn't want, but the don't issue a credit receipt. You are expected to choose your replacement items that day and I didn't have time for that plus I told the girl I had a lot of items to donate, too. My problem is that there were a couple female employees on the sales floor near the dressing rooms who was encouraging my friend and I to buy more since the return was more lenient now that we can't even try the clothes on. The policy on the receipt is how I was treated, but I was under the impression that the policy on the receipt was actually more lenient. I decided not to donate to them today either. Instead I am looking for a shelter where they will be given, not sold, to people in need. I have previously given Deseret Industries much better reviews. The day the purchases were made I gave them excellent reviews."

"I go to a lot of thrift stores. This one is clean and well organized. Half of the store is clothing and although the clothing is well organized, the main problem with the clothing is that it is highly priced comparatively to other thrift stores. If I'm looking for something very particular, I will come here. But there are no discounts at this store and it makes it hard to buy certain products as they are highly priced. I can find some well priced gems here, but clothing is not it. Also, I was bummed last time I went when a product had four stickers (two were at the top and the other two were weirdly on the bottom and I didn't see) and they were for five dollars more. The manager said to take the higher price and pretty much accused me of putting the higher price and that she didn't see what I saw. I usually have an okay experience with employees here, nothing amazing but this was not my favorite. I just didn't get it and moved on."

"Much larger than it appears from the outside, this thrift store holds a great selection of products, although predominantly clothing. An extra star for very clean premises and products. Proceeds go to the Church of Latter Day Saints. A bit sketchy neighborhood, though."

"Very nice thrift store. Clean and super organized. I have never been to a thrift store that was this well run. Their fitting rooms are big and I'm happy they were open. They organize their closes by sizes for the majority of the store and a couple areas have them organized by color. They have a great book selection. They have so many the majority are only $1. The highest priced book I saw was $4 and it was a very big book and $4 was a steal."
