"It's really expensive for a "dollar store". Most of the employees are very informative, but for sure, don't take you to any items. They only tell you where to look. The POS seems to be pretty old school, thus making checkout longer and less efficient than more updated businesses. I absolutely can't believe they can be considered any type of discount store because prices throughout the store are higher if not double the price of Walmart. The store is very outdated with Isles that a cart can barely fit down. The carts have a pole on them, so don't buy very much because you have to carry it all yourself out of the store to your car. That's another loss of income for the business, for I feel replacing a cart is way more cost effective then loosing a mass amount of sales and customers. The carts, the outdated atmosphere, the way the employees all follow people around watching versus demonstrating good customer service by asking or helping customers. The customer bathroom is now closed off and unavailable to shoppers. They are finally able to take Cards and EBT. They sell cigarettes and some alcohol."
"THIS STORE IS THE WORST THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE, THE STORE ALWAYS SMELLS LIKE WEED AND THE CASHIERS ARE RUDE!"
"Employees are friendly and polite, but don't check the dates on the food. Multiple times food items purchased here were past the expiration date by weeks. It's more hassle to bring back my receipt and food for refund than to take the loss."
"Very average family dollar. They have a decent variety of items. However, the amount of actual dollar items was less then 10.. in addition, the store was lacking organization. They had a plunger which was on the list of needed items however it was &8.00 all ⁹⁹⁹⁹ retailers have a wooden stick plunger from $1.50 to $ 3.00. Making $8 over priced and only 1 option in store. I purchased $15 of items was not offered a bag despite the clerk who struggled to get items to me getting them all in one trip."
"Store looks organized and you can tell that, the ASM Samantha does what she can to keep the store looking it's best. It's a store that I, a visitor to the area would shop at."
