"Employees are not helpful, argumentative, and rude (JOSH & Hailey). Tailor services are shoddy. Pants hemmed uneven with a 4 inch hem! Redo was not much better. These are just people they hire off the street to “help” you with buying clothing. No training or experience necessary….."

"I went here with my fiance to get fitted for a suit. Within seconds of walking in, we were greeted by a nice young lady with red hair (she was great!) She helped us with EVERYTHING--fitted him with pants, shirt, vest, jacket, tie, shoes, cufflinks, tie tab, and pocket square. A very nice experience all around."

"So disappointed. Went here to buy my son suits for interviewing. No one greeted us. So we looked around for about 10 minutes. Every employee was in the corner unpacking boxes. TBH - none of them looked professional enough to be selling suits anyways. We have used Men’s Wearhouse in Seattle for suits in the past. I guess AZ has a different definition of customer service. That’s fine - we can go drop several hundred dollars elsewhere."
