"Employees do not know what the FedEx ship can and cannot do. I asked an employee where to go for the FedEx ship and informed him that I had a QR code. He said that’s fine and directed me to the counter to sign in. I waited 15 minutes and the lady at the counter told me they don’t accept QR codes and that I need to go to an actual FedEx."

Not only did they have everything as well as a great self service station, each person that worked there was very kind and checked in to see if I needed anything. I bought extra supplies there because I felt like I could take a minute to better pack things. Made a huge difference when working in a stressful time crunch. They also signed me up for an Office Depot membership and made sure I got the new member discount."
