"My experience at this shop was not good. I only needed a 16mm watch pin to fix the clasp on my watchband. When I asked if they had one to spare or sell me, the gentleman tried to instead sell me a new band for $20. I said I only needed the pin to fix the band (I did not ask him to fix it, as I just needed the pin to do it myself). When he saw I was not going to buy a band, he said he would sell me the pin and it would be $5.00. I know the pins they only pay a few cents apiece for, so I thanked him for his time and left. Later I went to Sheffield's Diamond and watch repair on Oracle, and the nice gentleman I talked to not only gave me the pin for free, but fixed it (even though I did not ask him to). You remember places like this when you are looking to go back to make a purchase, and I will definitly go to Sheffield's."
