"Was in the Thornydale location yesterday,early evening. Needed help with a consent for,scanning,emailing. Employeewas having problem with it,same reason i was there. 10 mins. In he says his shift is over & hands me off to the other employee,who was already helping someone. So I sit there waiting,then finally she comes over. I have to re-explain. She says I can try emailing the self serve. Then goes to help another customer. I waited a bit,trying to email self serve,having same issue. Then she went to get prints for the other customer,completely ignoring me. Needless to say,after about 30 minutes after signing in,I walked outout. Worst customer service ever. I guess I will continue using Action Print & Copy."

"Store employees were very helpful, but the selection of paper shredders of other then store brand was lacking. Also, 2 months ago I purchased the store brand shredder and the OD extra warranty. The machine had a 1 yr factory warranty, but the cashier wouldn't refund the warranty price (29.99). So after two months when the machine failed they made me use the warranty I purchased, the the factory 1 yr warranty. Cashier gave me a story that it was my responsibility to contact the maker of the machine????/ Seems like they had me over a barrel."
