"It was our second visit. The first time I had the Bangers and Mash and my wife had the corned beef sandwich. The send time we had the fish and chips. All of the food was delicious both times. The only complaint is that both times the food wasn't warm enough. The fries can be mu h improved by increasing the temperature of the oil making them nice and crispy rather than soft. The fish was delicious but not hot. Everything could be perfect if the food was served at a higher temperature..The staff is very friendly . The service was good, not great. The atmosphere is a cozy rustic Irish pub. I recommend this restaurant and will return. With a few minor improvements, this place could be over the top."

"This is a magical place. I have never been to Ireland but I have seen plenty of pubs!! The staff goes above and beyond!! The food is amazing. I have now tried 3 different menu items and everyone of them is just delicious!!! Take a drive and spend the afternoon!! I am lucky they are close!!! Back again!! Just for a quick delicious beverage. Not many places have this!!!"

"I can't say enough about the Irish cowboy. Their servers are very attentive to your needs. Some of them are from Ireland some of them from England they have wonderful accents. I love to listen to them talk. They're very polite. Their food is out of this world. It's darn near home. Cooked prices are reasonable. You have to try the shepherd's pie And the corn beef and cabbage. The atmosphere is that of a pub and it's very friendly. They have more seating in the back with long tables. So they don't really run out of room. It's it's clean. And very accommodating."

"Great staff, good prices, great food. All in the sleepy little town of Florence. I visited on a Weds and Thurs during the holidays. The place was packed! There was a wide variety of guests, kids to Grandparents. Get there early. I can see this place expanding. A must do for me anytime I'm in the area. Great job guys and gals!"

"We ate at The Irish Cowboy today as a family with our boys and it was amazing, best meal we’ve had eating out in such a long time! We went early for dinner hoping to avoid a dinner rush and it was perfect timing. We didn’t have high expectations for the kids menu, we were told they only had chicken nuggets or macaroni and cheese, but we were so surprised these were seriously the best chicken nuggets ever!! Our older son ordered the Corned Beef sandwich and it was so delicious, the meat literally melted in your mouth. My husband got the Bangers and Mash and loved it, it was very hot and flavorful! I ordered the Shepherds Pie and it was amazing, also the fanciest Shepherds Pie I’ve ever had I loved every bite! Our server Tyrone was extremely nice and attentive, he even helped me find out how I can order the yummy soda bread by the loaf. The soda bread is honestly some of the best I’ve ever had and I would gladly purchase it by the loaf, it’s soooo good and I think a loaf of their soda bread would make a great gift so I hope they consider selling it by the loaf regularly!"
