"I went in for karaoke. The karaoke was fun as usual but I could not get a server. She did finally come over and I asked for a menu. She never brand the menu. Quite a while later she arrived again and asked if I was ok. I ordered cheese sticks with ranch. It was nearly an hour before they came out and they were barely warm and no ranch. I waited about 5 minutes for her to bring the ranch and ended going up to the bar to ask for it. By then the cheese sticks were ice cold. Won’t be ordering food here again."

"While I really do like this place, they need to get more staff. Sadly, the norm now is waiting 15 minutes for drinks and having to almost hit a server to get anything else. The food is still great but it's not making up for the service anymore."

"Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Had the southwest burger and it was delicious. Had a smoky flavor that felt like it was cooked on the bbq grill. Low service score cuz they were understaffed. We had to go to the bar area to get drinks and place our food order. They did deliver and were so apologetic. Had a good laugh over it."

"Absolutely horrible bar. Sat in a tournament for 4 hours and the waitress asked me to deliver a soda when I went to the bar to ask for water. When I complained I was verbally attacked by the waitress and the other employee was of no help. I will not come back. There were a couple extremely drunk people at the bar knocking things over and nothing was done about any of it. I was uncomfortable because of a drunk man hitting on me and being obnoxious. The man who ran the pool tournament aggressively hit on me and I had to ask him to leave me alone several times."
