"Very poor customer service by every manager that works at this location,I went to purchase and pay traveler’s coffee on Friday so we can pick up on Saturday morning and when we got there the manager incharge say ohhh I don’t have any notes about it even with recip on it then I went back on Saturday night to get my refund since the manager who close on Friday will be there,so I got there but they said is close already so I call the store and he tells me to call Sunday morning(today) provide the recip information to the manager incharge and they will be able to refund my money but the manager incharge said,I’m sorry we can’t do that you have to be here in person for the refund,I totally fine with that,but my frustration was that if you are a manager you should be able to resolve this sample complaints right away but wasn’t the case with every manager on this location,very bad management Comunications’s and customer service."
