"We usually love Taco Bell! We asked for plain taco and still got lettuce and tomato on it. We took it off and the picture shows how much meat they actually put on it. Fast service, but not exactly what we asked for."

"Service was super slow. Bought 3 tacos for almost $7 and there wasn't enough guts to fill one shell. Better service across town!"

"I got stuck in the drive through for 45 minutes one time. I tried to leave but there were two cars behind me and I'd already placed and paid for a mobile order. I only ordered 3 items, so my food was immediately ready at the window, but still. I don't know what happened. Whenever I go inside there's always dirty tables and you have to order at a self-checkout kiosk. But the price can't be beat by anyone. The $5 cravings box is every college kid's go-to the day before payday and I appreciate that, it's just never a good experience here."

"Terrible service. I order at the counter like normal and sit down. 20 minutes later, multiple people who have ordered after me already received their food but I hadn’t. I go to check on it and they can’t find my order in the system. One girl in the back is told to start making my order, another 10 minutes later she still hasn’t started on it and refuses since she “can’t find it”. Luckily, the nice woman who took my order knew it off the top of her head and I eventually got my food 30 minutes later. I generally only leave reviews when I’m happy, this was not one of those times."

"The food was made properly but was room temperature at best. I find it difficult to believe that I can't get a burrito grilled unless I pay an exorbitant extra amount when the grill is right there. And I am old so I do not like the kiosks and had to wait for at least 7 minutes for someone to come to the counter and assist me."
