"I am so happy we have a knowledgeable, affordable and AVAILABLE tech in center of town for all life's accidents that happen to our gadgets and gizmos. And IF he doesn't know, he will send you to whomever does know, which is hard in Havasu. Today, I had my phone dissolve in pieces in my hand today and was out the door with pieces in a baggie saying" I need to go see Ty". He had it fixed in under 10 minutes. He doesn't mess around and he is the nicest person. Hoping to keep him busy fixing old video games in near future :)"

"I got scammed by the guy. He said he fixed my camera on my phone, But had to return it right away because he only fixed the glass,not the camera. Already paid him 60 bucks. He says he has to order it and will have it in a couple days and I will only have to give him extra $20 to fix it. It's been weeks now. He don't answer my texts or calls. So basically I gave him $60 for nothing. Great service from the dude."
