"Taste like they changed the recipe possibly cutting cost? We would come here once a week. Last 3 times we have been here the texture is different and the taste is off, thought they may have had a bad night. Also you dont get a full cup of ice cream anymore. We LOVED this place, such a bummer we won't be coming here anymore."

"We have been to this location several times and the 4 scoop sampler is one of our favorites. They used to fill the container all the way to the top with the scoops and they’ve slowly been getting much smaller. Very disappointed in today’s order. They weren’t even full scoops of ice cream and today’s order yielded about 1/2 the ice cream as these containers used to hold when they filled them all the way. In our most recent trips to this location, they have not been living up to the “we do not skimp” motto on their door"

"Wow! So simple and so delicious! The praline was my absolute favorite. The mint chocolate chip, Cookie Monster and cookie dough were all good too. Excited to go back and for the praline and try some more flavors."

"I had no idea how good the ice cream is here. We moved here about 1.5 years ago and have heard people talking about the good ice cream at Handles, but never really thought too much about that. My wife and I finally had a craving for some and decided to try Handles. I ordered the Midnight Madness and my wife ordered the Buckeye. Both served in a waffle cup dipped in chocolate. The texture of the ice cream is different as it reminds me more of gelato than ice cream. I’m assuming the butter fat ratio here is on the higher side. We both ordered the small and I think there must be about 5 small scoops each into both bowls. There was a poster on the window saying they never skimp and I believe it. I can’t wait to try more flavors."

"Finally checked this place out after living here for 3 years. Went about 730pm on a Monday. No line out the door when we arrived, two people inside. We quickly realized why the line is always out the door, there's very little "lobby" space inside. We stood behind the two people in line when we walked in. They have a row of cashier's, but once one of the people in front of us was finished that cashier took a step back and just stood around, looking at us, then a few minutes later someone else asked her to help us and she did. Could be more proactive in checking people out. However, ordered our ice cream and it came out quickly. It was a medium and we shared, it was very good. We got the monkey business, had a nice banana taste. Outdoor seating is nice, misters helped keep us cool. It wasn't long before there was a line out the door again so I think we just beat the rush."
