"If you want to call an order in, you have to get past the outsourced 3rd party phone operator who has no idea what they're doing/saying. Also they just opened and are out of product already. The staff is extremely unhelpful and just rattle off the names of deals without explaining any context. Feels like bad/cheap franchisee management."
